Nice chair but arm rests keep breakingGregThe plastic arm rests that screw on have broken twice already in about 2 or so months of owning this chair. They gave me 2 replacement arms last time I was there, so I'm out of replacements now. If they snap again I guess I'm going to ask for a complete refund.
Broke within a month Anonymous reviewerIt’s a beautiful chair it works so well in my space and easy to assemble. However, the screws that secure the arms rest literally snapped. It’s low quality plastic pieces and I’m very disappointed given that it wasn’t cheap. It’s also no ergonomic at all and very uncomfortable to sit in. I use the chair daily and it’s not a comfortable seat but I really liked the design so I pushed through. Now I’m forced to return it since it literally broke. Very disappointed since it’s such a beautiful chair.

Comfy chair with really high armrestSarahI love this chair, for the seat and back cushion are so elastic, which provides good support for my back and waist.
I take two stars out because the armrests are too high, whenever I typed and write, I have to put my elbow there, so my shoulders hurt bad.
