One of the very few IKEA purchases I don't regretBethI've needed a new dryer rack for a while. I air-dry my clothes and having to jam everything onto a too-small rack made laundry day an ongoing annoyance for too long. I happened to see this at IKEA and snapped it up on a whim. Wow, what a difference. It folds out to provide enough drying room that everything fits easily and there is plenty of space for air to circulate. And -- no assembly required!
Great rack, but arrived bentElisaThe rack is incredible and basic yet grows big to really work. I used my daughter's in Europe and had to upgrade since our dryer prematurely ages our clothes! The only drag is that it arrived in a box and one of the bases was bent. I had no interest in reboxing, driving and returning but perhaps better packaging or FedEx handling Ikea?
I Love my MULIG Drying RackDennaI used to hang dry my clothes all over the house then my husband told me I needed another option. After doing some searching I found the MULIG drying rack. I purchased it two months ago and I use it now for all of my laundry. It is sturdy and easy to move around and set up. Sometime I dry outside and other times indoors. The rack fits an entire large load. I am so happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it.

Best Purchase EverLarkThis is a must purchase. It pays for itself within a month. The energy you save from not using a dryer along with the fact that hang drying your cloths makes them last longer. The design is simple and perfect. Storing this folded is such a space saver. I cannot begin to recommend this enough. And I never write reviews… so it has to be good.
Convenient and not clunkyAri-AshaThis rack is exactly what you would expect from IKEA. It does take up a fair amount of linear space, yet it also holds a lot and folds down well.
Sturdy and usefulTinaBought this to use outside to save on electricity using the dryer. The metal is thick and the stand is sturdy. It is perfect for drying lingerie and regular clothing. Larger items (like bedding, etc.) would not fit on this rack. It folds up easily for storing.

Really functional rackSallyJust got my drying rack and hung an entire big load of laundry on it today. I can't yet speak to its durability but it is sturdy, hangs a lot of clothing, and folds up easily into my laundry closet. A keeper, and I hope it lasts for a decade.

Work horseDianeSalt, sun, and lots of wet clothes. That's year round outdoor conditions at a South Florida beach house. It does get some rust spots after a year or so, which we spray paint with Rustoleum.
A great versatile drying rack. JesseI prefer to air dry my clothes and this rack has been able to handle everything. It has plenty of room for two full loads of clothes. I've used it for pants, shirts, shorts, underwear, towels, and more. The only thing I cannot use it for is my bedsheets. I had to get another product to hang dry sheets at home but for almost everything else this is great. It folds easily and stores well between uses. You can secure it with something like a small bungee cord to keep it from opening while you're moving it around but honestly just be mindful of the opening 'wing' sections and it's not really an issue.
