I received damaged item Anonymous reviewerI ordered this sofa at the store and asked for delivery and when I got the product ,one corner of the arm rest is broken . It’s very very disappointing. I don’t have time and manpower to go back to the store to return it . Very very bad experience with me as an ikea family member.1
