Smells really badWenwenI bought it for a week already, but the smell is still very strong. VOC can cause cancer. I don’t understand why ikea is at this quality now. I mean it’s not that cheap. It’s too much effort to return. I guess I’ll just put it in the garage.
Sagging table topWeiqingI do not recommend buying this table top. The veneer looks nice, but after only about a year using this table top, it now sags in the middle. I'm using this table top with the complete Mittzon system setup. I have called and emailed Ikea customer support with photo evidence with a leveler showing that the table top is not level, and I also sent them a video of a marble placed on the desk that shows it rolling towards the middle and downwards from the edges, but stays put when placed in the middle. I got denied my warranty claim: "We have received your pictures and after looking over them we cannot see any sagging. The warranty claim has been denied." Ikea does not stand by their product and they have not provided any description of how they assessed my evidence. My subsequent follow-ups to the customer email boxes have been ignored. I am very disappointed and I will not longer be buying any Ikea products in the future. Beware. I wish I can post my pics/video for people to see.
