Iron itMiyaI was disappointed at first because the basket didn’t stand up well right out of the box. After some research, I tried steaming and ironing it, and it worked great! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I thought this might help anyone thinking about buying it.
Floppy basket IngridI’m returning this as it’s a floppy basket that doesn’t stand up well. Also, as a friend pointed out, you can’t wash or wipe down the exterior well - so imagine putting dirty clothes in this basket every day.

Unsupported StructureGiuseppeThe basket does NOT hold its shape, and the fold lines from shipping will not soften. Handles are too heavy to stand up, and the weight of the walls causes the base to collapse. The structure is overall too weak to maintain the cylindrical shape shown. May constitute false advertising with the product photography.
Missing LidBarrettThought it may have included a lid, per the static image of the video (top right) before hitting play, and per the description saying "...you can hide your dirty clothes...". I see other products from this same supplier do have lids. The lid would have really made it. Would you please consider selling the lid as an optional ad on, even for those of us who have already bought the basket without a lid? So we can close this gap? Thank you
