Lid with deep, noticeable scratchBrittanyLike the title says. Although still usable, considering two other items were broken to the point of being unusable, this is impossible to let slide. The lids are packaged loose (I purchased two of these boxes, each in a different size), and were shipped with other items, including heavy shelf brackets made of metal. None of it has any packaging material to prevent all the items from hitting each other during shipping. Furthermore, one side of the shipping box was already coming apart where the tape was falling off. This is all on top of the information on what was and was not shipping, and it's arrival time, was completely inaccurate. Do not order this, or any delivery from IKEA.

Broken and missing lidsEmilyArrived broken, ordered 4 but only one lid arrived
Lids = trays; big box = vinyl storageDI needed something on my counter to gather my coffee maker and grinder, and my Brita and sugar and mugs. I tried to find the right tray—something flat, rectangle, simple, attractive—and had the hardest time. Found these and PERFECT. I added felt pads to the bottom so they can slide on the counter. Amazing.
Had a similar issue looking for record storage, and discovered that this box is the perfect thing. The bottom dimensions are the exact width for records, and the angled sides make it easy to flip through the records. Only issue is small pieces of plastic (prob there for added strength) that jut out at the bottom. I just stuck some cardboard in to protect the first and last records. Since this is on the floor, I added felt pads to enable sliding in and out of a small space kind of like a drawer. I would NOT recommend lifting the records in this box; I don’t think it’s it strong enough for that.

Read reviews before ordering online!! ChristieThe product itself is fine, but it arrived in hundred pieces, completely shattered! ordered several items that all shipped together in one big box with absolutely no packing! Several of the items were damaged and apparently there’s no way to return them unless I want to drive 500 miles to the nearest ikea store with my damaged stuff. I would post a photo if I could but ikea must not like to see the horrible shipping outcomes. What a total waste of money !!!
Not the worst boxBonnieThere are several things to take note of when considering this box:
* The lid just rests in it and does not snap/lock in place
* There is only one hole in the front, which makes it feel awkward to hold/grab
* It is a high gloss plastic, so dust and fibers are highly visible and cling to it easily.
I do like the color but probably wouldn't buy one again. I wish it was more like the UPPDATERA boxes, which I love :)
Serves its purpose beautifully GinaI got the box to hold dishes that are scraped and rinsed and waiting to go into the dishwasher. The only issue is I forgot that it would not be easy to take the top off with one hand.

Horrible Shipping ExperienceMichaelI love the product, but the shipping experience was horrible. The packer used tape that left tremendously sticky residue all over the boxes. It does not come off well with even goo gone. I now have to spend hours cleaning the boxes because the shipper used cheap tape that left LOTS of sticky gummy residue. I would not order these to be shipped. I may never place another order to be shipped from IKEA!
Ruined by penny-pinchingMitchellI have no problem with the box and lid themselves. They feel nice, fit together well, and hold a sensible amount of stuff. However, the issue is with the product stickers Ikea puts on them. For some reason, they went absolutely HAM with them; the entire bottom of the box and lid are essentially covered in stickers. But no problem, because you can just peel them off, right?
Alas, Ikea cheaped out and went with the crappy paper stickers that don't peel up cleanly, and leave a bunch of residue. So your choices are to just leave it covered in ugly stickers, spend half an hour carefully peeling off the stickers, making sure to get every scrap of residue and paper that's inevitably left, or to just live with an even uglier half-peeled off sticker.
That might be understandable on a bargain-basement box, but this is a premium option; you're even paying more for the bamboo lid, and you can't even enjoy it unless you spend way too much time peeling off the excessive number of stickers. Ugh.

Good quality even if a bit expensiveJohnThese boxes are very sturdy, they look sleek, and they hold a lot of stuff. I use them in my linen closet which helps keep my towels organized. I left off one star because I wish the boxes didn't have holes. When you live in a climate that has bugs, storage containers with holes kind of defeat the purpose of storing towels away from bugs (esp spiders).
