PracticalPatriciaI actually bought the to organize my bathroom cabinets, unfortunately, when the box arrived, the box arrived damaged on the corners, what gets me upset, is the shipping companies, the ppl that mishandled them, it’s not the first this happened. One of my containers in this order came broken. I was livid, I taped up the plastic container. I was upset. IKEA needs to talk with FedEx, this mishandle the boxes without even knowing what’s in it.
Shiny material, stickers when ordering onlineAnatThe box size is great, the material is shiny and not matte. Not what I expected. I ordered online for pickup and there were so many shipping stickers it took me an hour to remove and there is still residue. Could have just used one?? or just less intense sticker, I was picking it up at the store. Might return honestly

So useful!YvetteI'm using three of the 3x7x10 sized ones (with lids) under my couch, where I keep the things I need, out of the way. One is for supplements, another is for self care (hand lotions, eyeglass wipes, chapsticks, etc.), and the third one is for my collection of little papers and notes which are mainly for my "to do" lists. Plus I keep a high cocoa chocolate bar in that one, in case I need the caffeine. The three boxes work out remarkably well for this and I'm surprised more people aren't doing this, too!!!
I also have a larger size which I'm presently using to archive records. I'll probably switch to "real" file boxes for this, but in the meantime, the KUGGIS boxes work very well. They're so useful and I highly recommend them!!!

Fragile but they do the jobVictoriaThe Kuggis themselves are great, but the shipping department totally sucks. I had them shipped so I didn't have to drive all the way across Portland to buy them. I ordered six. They were stacked one on top of the other, not wrapped, put in a box, and shipped via FedEx, where I'm sure they were dropped and tossed and whatever. Of the six that arrived, only two were in one piece. I called and had the four replaced, with specific instructions that they should be shipped as if they were fragile, but again they were stacked together, put in a box. There was no outside padding, and the box was not marked fragile. Luckily, this time only one arrived broken. Now, two shipments and I'm still down one of my original order of six.
This time I did drive across Portland, took them all the broken ones back, and got the one new one that I needed.

Weak Now, new version is fragileBeckyI bought 4 white ones. They were delivered yesterday and they are not as good as ones we bought a few years ago. I've only had these new ones for a few hours and I've managed to break two of them. Two were nested together and I accidentally dropped them from chair seat height (about 20"). The outside one absolutely shattered like glass and the inside one broke at the corner with a big hole. It was surprising because I've had the others for several years and they have been very sturdy. The new plastic is just super brittle.
