Useful size, ribbing good for gripAnonymousHolds just about a small pkg of rice, about four cups. The ribbing on the sides of the jar helps to get a better grip when picking it up. The warning for the carcinogenic material appears to apply to the rubber seal, so switching the seal for a silicone one would get rid of the issue. Good value overall.5
