Works great as a door mat for many reasons AmyI like that it is very thin for several reasons. I have a back storm door that only has a tiny clearance between the door and the top step and the thickness is perfect. I also like that it is thin because when it gets rained on it dries out fast where those thick door mat gold too much water. I saw someone complain that it picks up too much stuff, well I like that it picks up debris and is the point of a doormat. I have vacuumed mine and it cleans up pretty good. I have the pink polka dot and the blue one and change them out when one is drying. It rains a lot and although I have an awning/ overhang over my back door they always get wet. Works much better than those thick coir mats that get wet and smell and bugs love. I would buy more patterns when/ if they come out.
It's definitely a $5 rugChristinaI just used it in the entryway of the house, nothing crazy, but it picks up every bit of lint or grass or dirt, is impossible to vacuum, and the fibers of the rug are being pulled off the rug when I try to clean it. It's very threadbare. I'd return it but there's not much even left to return
