Best couch we've ever had!RandyIkea's KIVIK couch is very stylish yet comfortable. The armrests are padded but firm and flat so you can actually place things on the armrest part.5

Immediately Returned GrahamI am so disappointed in this purchase simply because this couch and chaise is so terribly uncomfortable.
Even as I was putting it together I knew I would be returning it and called the next day to return it. I love the way it looks but would never be able to get used to it. The back cushions are like wooden boards and the rest of the cushion have very little if any give to them.
The worst part is this couch and chaise checked every box in a very long search but darn... I cant say enough, even just one night of trying to lounge on it my joints and legs hurt all over.
Saying all this though, IF you are looking for a great looking couch and chaise at a great price, that is really easy to put together, that is really, and I mean REALLY FIRM, then this is for you. Its stylish, the arms look great as they are so wide, it sits low to the floor, and again looks great all round. but beware, If you are looking for anything even remotely comfortable. STAY away from this bad boy. 1

mixed bagBrendanFeels great, the thick arms are nice for storage. The couch hurts my neck. It is way too stiff (there is a wood board behind the cushion). It is nice that the cushion does not move out of place but this couch is a torture device to anyone that slouches or is short. 2
