Cheap materialsLloydComfy couch once put together. I bought mine last October (5 seat sectional). It's currently April and my fam just moved houses and when taking the cover off to wash, the entire back panel snapped when it connects to seat, rending it useless. Ikea is replacing the broken section but I'd recommend seeking out a better design or brand. It's particle board held together with flimsy staples and nails. Didn't survive a low impact move. Pretty disappointed.
Springs felt through seat cushionEmilyWithin days of use I was able to feel and SEE the springs in the bottom seat cushions. The return process was incredibly burdensome - I spent collectively 2-3 hours making repeated calls with long wait times. I live over 90 minutes from the closest Ikea so requested a pick up for the return which I had to pay for, despite the item being so poorly made.
Love this couchFaithI’ve had this couch for over a year, and I’m so glad I decided to buy through IKEA. It is so comfortable, and has held up very well. Combine with the chaise and it’s perfect!
