functional as a pull out bed, not comfortable as a sofaJennythis sofa is great for a small space that needs to accommodate a guest from time to time. That being said, Its really not comfortable to sit on as a sofa specifically because it doesn't have arms so its hard to really feel cozy. I would look for a different option in the future and think ultimately this was a purchase we regretted. 2

It has medium firmness, which is what I love, and it's the perfect size if anyone wants to have a last-minute sleepover at my place. I'm pleased with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the sweat I put on placing the covers on the cusions.4
