READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!!TiaoIt looks great but the assembly is horrible for an apartment. Hammering on the ground is required for the 4 sides to attach to the top and bottom. So we’re talking about 8 attachment points that require hammering. It’s also really hard to anchor for hammering if you’re doing it alone. I don’t know what’s the incentive behind this design. Why not just use screws to make everyone’s lives easier.
The wire baskets do not come with any packaging and the frame is only wrapped in a layer of plastic. There were already some scratches bringing them from IKEA to my home because it rubbed against other items in my car. I cannot return this anymore because I already opened it and ikea is far.

Missing DrawersAlleahPurchased the Jonaxel storage combination on April 20th. The order arrived missing two of the four wire baskets that go with the product. I immediately contacted ikea and thought to myself, they are a reputable company they will make this right. Boy was I wrong. I contacted customer support on two separate occasions to get the two missing baskets that were paid for as part of the product. Both times the replacement order was canceled. I was not notified or informed about the cancellation, but happened to check the order status and see that they were canceled. My third time contacting customer service I was told that they should have created a case number with the replacement order. Well the missing items still haven't shipped. Ikea doesn't seem to have any sort of urgency or desire to make this right. I already put the product together in anticipation of receiving the missing drawers in a timely fashion. Instead the missing items still haven't shipped. The product also arrived damaged

I purchased this item andVeronicaI purchased this item and had to wait about a month to get it and when it finally arrived it was ONLY the frame. I did not receive the bins that come with, nor have O received any other communication as to when I will receive them. I finally had a chance to inquire about it and eas told that it wasnt shiped yet, then i was told i would get refunded and can go into the Ikea and purchase the bin that are STILL out of stock, so as of now all i have is the frame. Since Ikea is not real close to where I live I will eventually return the rest of the frame soon.

great for closetsAnonymous reviewerI bought this and a 6 drawer unit for my walk in closet. I had no problem with hammering the parts together. A heavier hammer will take less time. It took me 15 minutes. I had a previous basket system from another store that required me to mount rails to the wall. That unit frequently had drawers falling out if overfilled. This unit is ample enough for me not to need my wooden dressers in the bedroom. I also use it to store up from 4 to 7 pairs of shoes in one of the drawers. I recommend if you plan to stack a six shelf unit with a 4 shelf unit that they do not match up. I should have bought 2 4 shelf units. I would only have to secure the upper unit to the wall for tipping. Anyhow, both units came with clips so that I could place the mismatched units together. I plan to order one more unit for my smaller guest room closet so that I do not need to purchase any more furniture. This one will tuck into the corner of the closet for my guests.
You have to be kidding meAnonymous reviewerWho designed this thing? Make sure you have your handy 2x4 wood plank to hammer this thing together. There's absolutely no reason for this assembly to be the way it is. Also, once you put it together you can't take it apart, so make sure you notice the tiny notches that have to be placed upright the first time. Waste of money for a shelf that's difficult to assemble and doesn't even look good.

FYI you need a hammer and it actually comes in separate parts: 1) the frame 2) the 3 baskets 3) the top shelf. Bought it in store and even getting the right items were confusing. You hammer the brackets into the ends of the frame, and no matter how hard I hammered, they just don’t fit it completely. SO FRUSTRATING. So annoyed that I might not be able to return this. wished I would have bought the prettier one from Target instead!!!!
