Drawers too longZoeSo. The drawer backs are solid. There is no room for pipes. The drawers stick out about 1/2 an inch because they are hitting up against the pipe. I have to saw an opening on each one for the pipe to fit. Other than that the piece is great. The top is nice and solid as is the wood bottom. The color is fabulous and the spread of the countertop is very useful.3
Requires a modicum of mechanical aptitude.SuziSolid deal for under 5 bills. Assembly of the vanity / cabinet is simple. An extra set of hands and torpedo level come in handy when doing the "dry run" alignment & marking...final tweaks are easy enough once secured to the wall. Sink itself is not perfectly plumb with underlying vanity frame but that's a minor niggle and may be caulked after the fact for camouflage. P trap and drain upright must be positioned no more than 6" from the wall to allow for drawer closure.5
Tons of storage!Anonymous reviewerI purchased this in the grey color for my master bathroom. I wanted a different color though. Since it was solid wood, I was able to sand & paint in a different finish which looks so beautiful. Also, I changed the knobs to glass. Overall this looks so beautiful in my 1920's house and has given me a TON of storage. More so than what I was seeing from the competition at a fraction of the price. Plus the sink is very generous for things you need to sit on your countertop.5

Looks good but some design issuesElizabethOverall, I'm happy with this vanity. It feels solid and isn't difficult to assemble. That said, you will need to buy hardware to securely attach the back of the vanity to the wall. Also, the drawers, especially the top drawer, do not accommodate traditional plumbing. Luckily, I have a licensed plumber and an engineer in my life who managed to get it installed properly & make some modifications to the drawers, but it would be difficult for the average person. 4
