Good shelves but need two peopleJoshThe larger versions of these shelves are pretty tough to install by yourself just because of the unique way the actual shelf is sandwiched between the two side brackets. It’s a really good shelf, but be prepared to ask for help.4

Excellent Shelf SolutionMariaI use these to create shelves in 4 different rooms - without requiring serious carpentry skills. I’ve created double shelving next to my bed and also in my bedroom to hold jewelry boxes. I’ve created shelving in my living room for placement of lamps and books next to my couches as well as in a nook in my all IKEA kitchen. Lastly, I created a shelf in my media room to hold family photos. The uses are endless. I cut a piece of pine and polyurethane it for a more polished look.5
Good bracketJenniferGood bracket. I just wish it came in white so that match the shelf4

IrritatedKarenThe product is fine, but not useable. I needed more Ekby brackets to finish out shelving that I've been installing. The Granhult is not the same size. I'll have to take down what I already put up using the Ekby. (Not an easy install.) I'll be returning the Granhult. Very irritated.3
Granhult bracketAnaliliaIs thinner and weaker than the one it replaced4
Amazing bracket shelf extendersRobert M.Love these brackets shelf extenders. I was able to modify the shelves to exactly the right size with no worries about the weight because having this middle bracket gave it more support.5

What is aluminium?

After iron, aluminum is the world's most used metal and has a very wide range of uses. It’s easy to shape and lightweight, but is still strong and durable. In our range we use it for things such as kitchen utensils, curtain rods and tealight cups. A big advantage with aluminum is that it can be recycled again and again without losing its quality. Recycling consumes only a fraction of the energy required to produce aluminum from new raw materials.
