The top side of the bin's wall bracket has a depressed part where you can put small things like keys, coins and a mobile phone.
The integrated handle makes it easy to lift the bin out and put it back when it's time to recycle.
The bin comprises of more than 50% recycled plastic.
The bin has a clean design that goes just as well in the kitchen as in the hallway.

Solves Several ProblemsTeresaLove the versatility! Easy to install and works as described. Ordered 2; one for kitchen trash and one for laundry room. In the kitchen and on the wall means my floor area is easier to clean and the trash is concealed. Pets can't get into the bin. The laundry room is tidier and again have flooring clear for easy mopping. Basket removes easily and can be cleaned. Only wish would be different color options. Ordering more to use for recycling as these are snug to the wall and out-of-the-way.
Recycling zone level upCaridwenThese bins are exactly what we needed to keep our recycling tidy. Easy to install, sturdy, and lifting the bucket out is easy as is replacing after emptying. I don’t love plastic generally but in this application I appreciate that it is light weight and easy to clean. I wish these came in a few more colors. The beige is inoffensive but not fun.

More Colors Please HeatherLove these!! I got 2 of them and I am using them as clothes hampers, side by side they look great. We have a lot of dogs and having clothes in the hampers off the ground helps a lot for us. Would love to see these in more color options. I want to add a bunch more down our mudroom hall and use as recycling bins etc. loving how easy these are and installation was a breeze. Would 100% recommend

Would love to see Ikea expand on this space, the GÅRDSBUTIK is the harbinger of doom for small wobbly annoying trash cans that take up floor space.
Love the design and versatility, not the price. AprilIKEA, I’m a longtime customer/fan of your store and brand, however, these last couple of years the decline in quality and incline in price is very noticeable. I can no longer justify buying at full price, or even sale price sometimes. I’m gonna hold out until you discontinued these and mark them down in the “as-is” section to a price that should’ve been from the start.

I've been looking for something like thisLaurenI have a really awkward entryway where a lot of clutter collects. I needed some low profile storage for shoes and other things, and got two of these. They are surprisingly roomy on the inside and i like that the bin comes out for easy cleaning. Does feel a bit pricey for plastic, but I haven't found anything similar that looks as nice. The texture on the outside really adds to it.
