Hinge on chaseJenniferThe hinge over time felt like it was on a bind and shifted. When the top is closed it is no longer flush, one corner tilts down. It needs one side lifted before it will allow access to the storage area.
If you weigh more than 170lbs don't buyRhiannonMy wife and I bought this instead of a regular couch in case we have more than 2 guests , then they can sleep on the sleeper sofa because it's proven great quality when we visited my sister in Berlin Germany. However, the quality here in the U.S is inferior. Just sitting on it the springs are constantly popping out. We've had to rearrange the springs and wrap lockwire around it to keep the springs from popping out. We've only had this sleeper sofa for a little over a month and we are not home alot due to our jobs so that's definitely not ideal.
