Wonderful lampMonicaNot sure why there’s complaints because this lamp is wonderful and a steal at this price. Very sturdy, plenty tall, and the shade is sturdy and flawless once assembled. I did have to slide a small screwdriver around the edge to get the shade’s cloth to fit over the metal rim on one part. But the shade is taut and round. I have it on my kitchen island and it is very well weighted and isn’t easily knocked over. Can handle a 100w equivalent LED so the light is bright if you want that. My only quibble is the wattage sticker is a little visible and it would be nice if that were smaller. Totally recommend.
Flat packed lamp shade????HeatherThe floor lamp is beautiful and has so much potential. I am shocked that the lamp shade comes flat packed. And the skimpy wire frame is supposed to bring its shape back? Also—the assembly of said shade and frame are nearly impossible. I can’t get it to stay on because of the crease in the shade from being flat packed.
I only wish I could add a photo.
I’m super surprised no none else has mentioned this or experienced this issue.
