UncomfortableJasonThe sofa looks great (and is very easy to assemble). But it's terribly uncomfortable. The seats are quite soft, which is fine. But the backrest is incredibly firm and protrudes in your lower back, as one single sofa-wide piece. It's the weirdest combination of plush and firm (if anything, the backrest should be soft and the seats firm). Everything else is great, but it's so uncomfortable that I have to return it (which is going to be a huge pain). 2
