Boxes are damaging Kallax unitsSerafinaI recently purchased several DRÖNJÖNS storage boxes to use with my white Kallax units. The boxes are being used to hold lightweight toys in our nursery. The storage boxes are scraping the paint off the inside of the Kallax shelves, particularly in the corners, as the bins are being slid in and out. The metal is also thin and with repeated use sliding in and out by the handle, the fronts are warping. I believe these bins are poorly designed to work with the units. I will be looking to replace these storage bins with another product.1
Visible StorageVeraI use this storage for my studio to store fabric, paper, iron as well as my quilt attachment., the mesh allow for visibility, and gives the shelf (Kalla) a smooth look, rather than seeing things hanging off unevenly Although a bit more expensive than the cloth, I prefer the look, and durability of the white wire mesh. I will be purchasing more to fill my 2 Kallax 16 storage units.5

light AND strong!Marilynnewell-made -- I like that they come collapsed flat but the sides are permanently linked together. The bottom clicks in neatly and they're pretty sturdy compared to the cloth, plastic, and polyester boxes I've tried in the past. I like that they fit 13" shelves so well and the sides are thin so archival envelopes are easy to remove and replace (can't be said of the woven boxes).5
Finally! Organization I can use!MeghanI have to be able to see everything I have or else I forget about it. These are perfect because they still organize and hide everything, but I can JUST make out what’s in each one so I don’t forget about it. And I don’t know why, but I’m always surprised at how big these kallax containers are. I use them to hold my yarn projects and they fit several large skeins of yarn and whatever I’m working on (usually a blanket). They’re a touch expensive but worth it if i’m actually using it. I hope they make them in fun colors like the Trofast bins5

Bin for ElvarliVerified BuyerI got two of these for my Elvarli closet system. The size was great and fit stuff that didn't make sense to fold. There was a little space behind it so bought the matching magazine holders to put small, rarely used, stuff. I love the see-through aspect, and it looks fantastic. It's a little flimsy, so no idea how it will hold up over time, likely great. Not wanting to scratch the shelving, I put pads on the bottom. Due to the structure, had to put three on it, but that works well.4
