Arrived WarpedEvelynThis piece of my couch arrived visibly warped. I continued building the couch, hoping that it would sort itself out, but unfortunately, I am completely unable to build my couch because of this horrific warping. Nothing lines up and forcing it will damage the hardware needed to assemble my couch. This is my first experience with IKEA furniture beyond shelving and I am completely disappointed. This order was almost $2000 and I chose IKEA because of reviews and their warranties, but as it stands right now, I do not have a couch. I have a ton of pieces that do not fit together. There were other issues with the delivery of my items but that is not IKEA's fault. However, this warped loveseat is an abject failure.
