DAMMÄNG bins are designed for different waste sorting needs. This one is perfect for smaller waste like metal, batteries or light bulbs.
The folding handle makes it easy to carry the bin.
A lid is included to hide your waste. It’s removable for easy cleaning or if you prefer to keep your bin open.
When you sort dry waste, no bag is needed in the bin.
The bins in the DAMMÄNG series are available in 3 sizes and colors and can be stacked up to a total height of max. 35⅜".
At least 50% of the plastic in the bin and lid is recycled.

Good BinJanaI got this bin to hold outdoor toys instead of fumbling to hold everything and my toddler. It’s great! I was hesitant after reading a review that said the lid does not snap on, it does snap on, just not air tight. The size is perfect, not too bulky and looks nice. I’ll be ordering more!

Classy, Useful Top Flap & HandleMichaelA classy bin for recycling, storage, or trash. I like both the top flap (which lets you keep the lid on while placing something into it) and handle (to bring its contents to a large bin outside.) Not many bins elsewhere have both features — Thank you IKEA! The 7 gallon version with its lid weights 3.3 lbs when empty.
Improvement suggestion: have a recessed area at the end of each flap for easier opening (like on HÅLLBAR’s lid.)
A bucket with a lid, perfect!JudyThis sounds strange, but try finding a bin/bucket with a lid and have it not be ugly or see through. I needed a bin for items from surgery to toss away. I needed a lid and something not see through. This is perfect!

Very versatile!KathrynThe DAMMÄNG 13-gallon bin is very versatile. I have been using one for my paper recycling out on my deck for over a year. The handle makes it easy to take filled to the dumpster for recycling. I recently bought a second one. They are sturdy and easy to stack. There are many other possibilities for this storage bin, including putting unopened soda bottles on the deck that keep cold in the winter (and neighbors are none the wiser). I highly recommend it. I may purchase another for Winter blankets stored in the back of my clothes closet (the size of this bin is perfect).
