Wonderful option for room with baseboard hot water heaters along wallKristinI'm past the stage of life where IKEA is all I can afford, but I still really enjoy it. Assembling the furniture is fun for me (I am also an adult who builds Lego sets of her own, not for kids!) The Brimnes headboard was easy to put together, though its weight and size make it smartest to assemble with a helper. My spouse and I put this together, but we asked our two teens to help us stand it up and move it into position against the wall because we had to lift it over the existing freestanding bedframe due to space constraints. Though obviously it should be attached to the wall for safety, it will stand up on its own AGAINST THE WALL while you perform that step, so a single person can easily anchor it in place. I wish I'd purchased cord management tunnels or clips ahead of time; if an outlet will be behind this thing, you'll have to crawl under the bed to plug electronics in later!5

Disappointed DraganaIt's very difficult to assemble. The drawers don't fit well, they have gap between the frame and drawers. The boards are crooked. The headboard is pointless, it's not connected to the bed frame at all. There's a gap between the bed frame and the headboard.1
