Slightly slanting and crooked might be fine – but not when mounting a storage system. Not to worry – this mounting rail makes it easy to hang BOAXEL wall uprights straight and correctly on the wall.

The mounting rail helps you hang BOAXEL wall uprights straight and at the right distance from each other.

BOAXEL can be used in humid areas of the home, like in the laundry room.

With BOAXEL planner, you can easily create a solution that is adapted to you along with your home and storage needs.

  • Together with a spirit level, use the holes at the ends of the mounting rail for the final vertical adjustments to ensure that the mounting rail is positioned straight on the wall.

    The mounting rail is only a help during mounting, it should not be loaded with any weight.

    The mounting rail can be cut to an exact width if needed. Only applicable when using more than one mounting rail or for the adjustable clothes rail and shelf.

    Be aware that different wall materials are able to support different loads of weight. For instance, walls made of drywall cannot support as much weight as walls made of wood, concrete, or brick.

    Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use fasteners suitable for the walls in your home.

    If you are uncertain about what type of mounting devices to use, please contact your local hardware store.

    The recommended maximum weight applies when the weight load is evenly distributed across the surface.

Screws?Lisa P.I would have loved to be informed that I had to purchase screws separately. Most other items come with everything needed to assemble or, at the very least, prompt you to buy everything you need. Even while using the planner tool it doesn't tell you this and now I'm sitting here with useless shelves until I can get back to a store.2

Boaxel hanging rodGaryIt worked exactly as it is supposed to, and was relatively easy to put up. The only issue I have with it is that the holes in the rod don't match my stud spacing in the wall where I am hanging it. I think, ultimately, that it won't make much difference, but I would have felt better if I could have at least two of the screws going into a stud.5

Haven’t got to use yetHeatherI have had a crap time trying to install this only because the holes in the top rail don’t line up with the studs in the wall. Haven’t even got to use it yet. This was suppose to be a quick and easy project So I set aside a few days just for this project and it’s now taken me weeks working on it between work and everything else. So not entirely the fault of the product but still would have made my life a lot easier if the holes were spaced more thoughtfully to attach to more than one stud per rail.3

Great shelf for closetsMatthewIt takes a lot of measurements to setup properly, but once you've done that, it's pretty easy. There's not a lot of room for error once the rails are installed, so be extra careful when measuring so that everything will line up in the end.5

Exactly what we neededSherree W.We installed the BOAXEL system in two closets, in one to replace older wire shelving, and the other was a new closet. These fit well and were very versatile. Our only problem was when my daughter needed to shift where one shelf was, and the bracket bent nearly to the point of breaking. We were a little nervous about bending it back because it seemed thin, but we did bend it back and it is fine. It's only been a few weeks that they've been installed. They seem like they will hold up well.4
