Just lay the side of main unit on floor, then put in the screws for easy installation.5

Just works kindof oddlyLenetteI don't know what magic these other people had to make theirs work but I've owned and assembled houses full of ikea furniture for the last 15 years and this ones a doosey. I got it so it looks okay but when I push it back half of them had that strappy thing in the back fall off. I've left it off and it still seems to work, and it's very clear you have to push both sides of the drawer at the same time or it catches wrong. Over all I'm pretty concerned about the future of them and am debating trading them out for the soft close set. I just really didn't want to have to have handles.2
Challenging install, but nice lookingErnestI've assembled a lot of ikea furniture, but installing these push-open drawers took a long time. The biggest challenge was minimizing the gap which was not as easy as the video makes it look. The little orange rollers that you see in the video don't always roll easily, and i had to use my fingernails multiple times to get them unstuck.
Another review mentioned oil, and I can confirm that these runners do indeed come very well oiled. Care should be taken when installing (be mindful of oil on your hands as you handle the parts, and don't place any of the parts on something that could stain, like carpet).
At the end of the day, the drawers look sleek without handles, and the push open feature works well enough. I have to push a little lower on the drawer front to open and close, but it could probably be improved if I had the motivation to mess with those orange rollers some more.3
