Top panel missing plastic anchors in the hole; can't screw the top inAnqiJust got this and very disappointed that the two top panel holes are missing the plastic pieces that go inside the holes, so now I cannot screw it in. Need better quality control.

SturdyRobinThis was easy to put together and serves its purpose. I wish IKEA still offered the previous version of their step stool. I don’t love the ridges on the step and top in this newer version. It is slightly taller than the older version too which I don’t care for either.

Best stool ever. WhitneyI have one of these that is 20yo. It feels rickety but ours has been through hell and has not broken, separated, or fallen apart in any way. I mostly use it myself and have weighed up to 188#. Through the years my kids have thrown it, slammed it down, scooted it around like an office chair, vomited all over it, peed on it during potty training, jumped on it, and used it as a valet. It has moved houses 5 times. It has survived everything and cleaned up well. It has outlasted every other stool we’ve ever had. Do not hesitate to buy one.
