Screws do not come included.Jodi S.I can't say for sure how well it is yet because it didn't come with screws to install it. When I checked out, I specifically asked if all the screws/hardware were included with the system and was told yes. I planned my night around putting the closet up but now I'll have to wait until I can get to the hardware store this weekend. The included directions don't even indicate you need to provide screws, just a drill, tape measure, and level. It wouldn't have been an issue if I knew beforehand to stop and get them. When I'm finally able to install it, I can come back to review the actual features.1
