Nice little cutting boardYvetteI finally, finally, finally got the small cutting board!! I got it for slicing lemons to use when serving beverages, but it would also be a good idea to have several to use as trivets for au gratin dishes. Plus, it would make a nice little spoon-rest. too. The simpler the design, the more versatile the thing seems to be! I would not use them as individual cheese boards, though, because whereas the size is great for that, I think they would still need sides or a little lip at the edges. I know I will be using them to chop up a single apple for snacking, too. I try to be minimal and efficient, but I am convinced that it's best to have "small, medium, and large" of some items, with cutting boards being one of those things. And this little APTITLIG chopping board is perfect for the small chopping board that I needed!!! Get one (or two, or three...)!!
