A table that’s meant to be used for eating should hold up better than thisFrankI’ve got IKEA all over my house and I’m usually happy with their stuff, but this one just misses the mark.
Not even a year in and the edges are already bubbling. It looks like where the laminate meets the rim lets moisture in, and once that happens the wood swells and the finish starts to lift. For a dining table, that just doesn’t make sense. It shouldn’t be that sensitive to getting a little wet.
If this were a dresser or something, I’d get it. But a table that’s meant to be used for eating should hold up better than this.
Not worth it.LeahI've had this for less than 6 months and the material is already damaged and warped. Do not recommend.
