Second hose is leaking.CynthiaPurchased this in 2018, and had to replace the hose in 2021. It started slowly leaking for a while and we didn't notice it and ended up warping the ikea cabinetry. I couldn't figure out how to order just the hose, so I purchased the entire set again. We pulled the hose from the new set and replaced the leaky one, and now it is leaking (january 2026). The rest of the unit still looks great, works fine..but the hose is just weak, apparently. It is leaking where the weight is clamped on. For now, we have a small tub catching the water until I decide what to do. Hoping to get some cooperation from IKEA.
If not, I hope I can find a stronger hose at Lowe's or Home Depot. Disappointed, but the faucet is really good looking in my kitchen.

The bad, on install, the hot water line leaked at the connection. tried several things to get it to stop. Decided that it could be the gasket bad from factory. Checked Ikea for parts, none to be had. Gasket is not standard, has built in screen. Tried a new standard gasket, still leaked. I returned it. Ikea took back no problems on the return.

Leaks NickolasMine leaks from the handle and also drips . I can’t find my original receipt for the faucet . I live 250 miles from the closest ikea. I called them and they due to the price point I can exchange it for another one without a receipt. It’s just the matter of the trip there to do it .

It will leak and IKEA will not help youAndrewThe 10 year warranty is a lie. When this started leaking 2 years after purchase, I went to the IKEA store to buy a replacement. I was told to contact support. However, multiple emails and phone calls and voice mails later I have yet to receive any reply. You may as well write a message in a bottle and throw it in the ocean for a higher chance of getting a response.

Don't buy thisAdDon't buy this faucet it is junk, good for three to 4 years, I have bought 2 since July 2017 both want bad, both start leaking after less then 4 years of use and no warranty because no receipt and they have on the system that I bought from them I bought the same one because no other models will fit on the cut I had on counter top.
Leaking hoseBrianFaucet worked ok for a while, hose on pull down started leaking, it may be the bend radius of the pipe is too tight, a design flaw! And I see there’s no replacement hose, not too green, as it goes into the landfill.
