IKEA U.S. announced that IKEA Webster will officially open its doors on June 26, 2026
Conshohocken, PA — June 22, 2026 — Today, IKEA U.S. announced the grand opening of IKEA Webster, its 10th Texas location, on June 26, 2026. The new store is the third IKEA to open in Texas this year, bringing the IKEA experience closer to where customers live, work and shop. Located in the Center at Baybrook, just off the Gulf Freeway (I‑45), IKEA Webster conveniently brings affordable, well-designed home furnishings closer to the many people in Webster, Clear Lake, Friendswood and surrounding communities.

The 93,000‑square‑foot store showcases over 7,000 products, including 4,800 items for immediate takeaway. Customers can browse fully furnished showrooms tailored to local lifestyles and receive design consultations for any space. The store includes a Swedish food area serving popular dishes like meatballs, plant balls, hot dogs and veggie dogs. IKEA Webster will also feature an As‑is Department, offering discounts on gently used products, making it easier for customers to access sustainable and affordable furnishing solutions.

The Webster community is invited to attend the grand opening celebration on Friday, June 26. IKEA Webster grand opening hours are 9:30am – 9:00pm. Regular store hours will be Monday – Saturday 10:00 am – 9:00pm and Sunday from 10:00 am – 8:00pm.
IKEA Webster builds on the company’s expansion plans across Texas, including the addition of five Plan and order points with Pickup in select Best Buy locations that opened last year to bring IKEA home planning services closer to customers statewide. IKEA continues to invest in makingthe IKEA experience easier to reach, whether customers choose to shop online, in-store or through a combination of both.
