Kids' furniture for less

Are you expecting... to spend full price on furniture for your child? Hold the phone, because our Buy Back and Resell service now includes gently used kids' furniture! Find your local store and visit the As-is section to see what's available at your store.

Have one for us to buy back? Visit a participating IKEA store where a co-worker will assess your furniture’s buy back value, or get started online with our Buy Back estimator tool.

How it works

1. Calculate your furniture's value

Start by filling out the form below to get emailed a quote of your buy back value. 

2. Receive your estimate 

Look out for an email with your estimated quote and a number to reserve your transaction.  

3. Bring it back to us

Please bring a copy of your quote, buyback number and your fully assembled furniture to your participating IKEA store where a co-worker will assess your furniture’s buy back value in person. 

4. Assessment and final offer 

At the exchange & returns area, the condition of your furniture will be examined and a final price will be given. This can differ from the original estimate.

5. Get your IKEA refund card 

Get store credit in an IKEA Refund Card for your furniture.

6. Give your furniture a new life

Extend their life as they’re resold in the As-is section for a reduced price.
