LETTAN recall
In March 2023 IKEA recalled certain LETTAN mirrors for repair due to risk of breaking wall fittings
After further in-depth investigations, as well as additional audits at our suppliers, we have discovered that one of our suppliers of LETTAN mirrors has used faulty wall fittings in production for a longer period of time than what was previously known to IKEA. IKEA has therefore decided to extend the recall for repair or return as a precautionary measure. 65 reports have been issued with mirrors falling due to what appears to be breaking wall fittings. Minor property damage and one minor injury have been reported.
