I want to start/stop receiving marketing emails from IKEA, how can I change this?
If you want to, or do not want to, receive marketing emails from IKEA, you can change this by logging into your IKEA Family account and navigating to 'Manage account'.
To manage your IKEA Family marketing preferences, follow these steps:
- Log in to your IKEA Family account.
- Navigate to the ‘Account’ section and then click 'Preferences'.
- Either opt in or out from receiving marketing emails by adjusting your 'Communication preferences'.
Keep in mind that if you choose not to receive any emails, you might miss out on personal gifts, such as your birthday coupon.
