Disappointed IsaiahI normally have a good experience purchasing from ikea but this one was just disappointing. It arrived with mismatch pieces, lopsided back frame, and missing holes for the part on the bottom. It also came with a big chip fracture on top so i guess thats explains the missing holes and pieces. I feel like it wasnt even meant to be shipped but they did it anyway. All the while im sure they not taking the return of it so im just stuck with it.
Perfect fitPatriciaI had a narrow space between my bed and the wall and this fit perfectly. Sturdy, and I love that it has a drawer. I would have preferred a brown wood color but I’m happy with this night stand.

Nice Simple BedstandKeithEasy to put together. Looks good if not a little simplistic. Feels solid. Only critics are the surface area on top is a little small and the overall height is a little short for my tastes.
Good Quality and Easy AssemblyDanielMy only issue with it is that we wanted to use this in a room where the back showed. The back piece did not cover everything below the shelf. I got a piece of cabinet plywood, painted it and installed it. Came out pretty good but I don't know if I would have bought it knowing it did not have a full back cover. Still a great value and it looks good...
THEY CHANGE THE GREY COLORDannyI so I recently purchase this nighrtstand to add another Brimnes nightstand I purchase last year to go along with my Brimnes Dresser. The new night stand are a MUCH LIGHTER GREY like 2 tones lighter than the darker grey. SO BEAWARE if you already own Brimnes set in Grey, it will not MATCH!!

Poor Instructions and Build QualityEdwardRear of stand and drawer material are almost the same, unmarked white particle board, but slightly different dimensions. Because they are unmarked, you will almost certainly nail the wrong panel and have to almost destroy the paneling.
Crooked and cheapNicoleI have put together a ton of ikea furniture and this is my worst purchase. The drawer does close uniformly so one side sticks out and I can’t figure out how to fix it. It is so cheap and wobbly.

What is particleboard?
Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
