How is my application to become a business customer progressing?
It takes up to 48 hours for a customer number to be created in our system after we have approved your application. Once the customer number is created, the primary contact person you have provided will receive a welcome email with your customer number and information about the approved credit limit.
From the time your application has been approved, it takes approximately 14 days for the company cards to reach you by mail*.
Provide all 10 digits of the card to shop with your Företagsfaktura card.
If you have any questions or delays in approval, you can email faktura.se@IKEA.com, contact the business department at your nearest store, or call us at 0775-700 700.
