When will I receive my new Business Invoice card?
From the date your application is approved, it takes approximately 14 days for your card(s) to arrive by mail. However, you can start shopping with us immediately once your application has been approved.
From the date your application is approved, it takes approximately 14 days for your card(s) to be delivered by post. If you have any questions regarding your application, please contact faktura.se@ikea.com. Please remember to include your company name and company registration number in your email.
If you need to make a purchase after your application has been approved but before you have received your card(s), please contact IKEA Business Customer Service by phone at +46 775 700 700.
Please note that applications are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a welcome email containing a 7-digit customer number. We can only provide your card number once you have received this email.
