How can I get my employee discount when shopping online?
In order for you to be able to use your employee discount for online purchases as an IKEA employee, you need to connect your work email to your IKEA customer account.
Log in to the Benefits Portal (Benifex). Search for "Employee discount" in the search field or by clicking on Benefits > Employee benefits > Discount at IKEA. On the page, you will find a guide on how to connect your account and activate the discount when you shop online.
