How do I shop using a gift card?
You can use gift cards in all IKEA stores in Sweden, as well as in the restaurant, the bistro, and online. When shopping online, simply select Add an IKEA gift/refund card at checkout. If the gift card doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with a debit or credit card."
To pay with a gift card or a store credit voucher simply follow these steps:
1) Add all the products you want to buy to your shopping cart.
2) Choose your preferred delivery method and enter your details.
3) At checkout, select “Add an IKEA gift/refund card” as the payment method and enter the PIN code found on the back of the card to complete the payment. If you cannot pay the full amount with the gift card, you can pay the remaining balance with, for example, a debit or credit card.
You can also use your gift card at the checkout in your nearest IKEA store. If you have received assistance from a salesperson and want to pay with a gift card or store credit voucher, let them know when placing the order so you receive the correct payment link.
The gift card number and PIN code are located on the back of the gift card. The four-digit PIN code can be found under the gray scratch-off area on the back of the gift card. If there is no scratch-off area on the back of your gift card, please contact us.
