What are the opening hours for IKEA Customer service?
At IKEA Customer Service, we are available on phone from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends*, and you can always chat with our chatbot or use any of our self-service options.
On public holidays and major holidays such as Midsummer, Christmas, and New Year, we have differing opening hours. Our in-store customer service has the same opening hours as the chosen IKEA store. See the opening hours for your nearest store here.
Please note that the opening hours for the IKEA for Business department are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and closed on weekends.
