I have a kitchen planning appointment booked outside the store's regular opening hours. Where should I go?

We are delighted that you would like to plan your new kitchen with us at IKEA! If you have booked a kitchen planning appointment outside the store’s regular opening hours, please follow the instructions applicable to your store. You can also find the relevant information in your booking confirmation.

  • IKEA Barkarby
    A co-worker will meet you at our staff entrance. You will find the staff entrance at the rear of the store, on the right-hand side past Stadium (Flyginfarten 13). If you are arriving by car, please park in the regular customer car park.
    If you have booked an appointment at 10:15, please meet the co-worker at the main entrance.
  • IKEA Borlänge
    We will meet you at the store exit.
  • IKEA Bäckebol
    We will meet you at the staff entrance, which is located at the rear of the store.
  • IKEA Gävle
    We will meet you at the store entrance.
  • IKEA Göteborg City
    Please wait at the entrance and we will come and open the door when your appointment begins.
  • IKEA Helsingborg
    We will meet you at the staff entrance, which you will find opposite the lifts and the entrance to Customer Service.
  • IKEA Jönköping
    We will meet you at the store entrance.
  • IKEA Kungens Kurva
    Please go to our reception desk, where you will be checked in. You will find the entrance to the right of the main entrance; please follow the instructions displayed on the door.
  • IKEA Kållered
    We will meet you at the staff entrance 5 minutes before the start of your appointment. Drive into the car park, locate area C1 and park there. The staff entrance is located at one end of area C1, opposite the bicycle parking area.
  • IKEA Malmö
    We will meet you at the store’s main entrance by the large car park 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • IKEA Stockholm City Gallerian
    We will meet you at the staff entrance at Jakobsgatan 10 and we will come and open the door when your appointment begins.
  • IKEA Sundsvall
    We will meet you at the staff entrance, which is located next to the store exit.
  • IKEA Umeå
    We will meet you at the entrance to our Customer Service area.
  • IKEA Älmhult
    We will meet you at the staff entrance, which is located to the left of the exit revolving door.
  • IKEA Örebro
    We will meet you at the store entrance.

The following stores do not offer kitchen planning appointments outside the store's regular opening hours:
