Can I use standard wall plugs to control IKEA smart lighting?
Yes, you can use the regular switch to turn the smart lights on and off, but you won't be able to use any of the other features the light source can offer.
A standard wall plug allows you to turn the lights on and off, but doesn't offer you more of the features. By using a remote control or a DIRIGERA hub, you can use the dimmer feature or change the colour temperature or colour of your smart lighting.
