What is the difference between a fan oven and a forced air oven?

We have two fan oven functions that work similarly by circulating hot air for even baking. The difference is that the oven called a forced air oven has a heating element around the fan, which makes it more energy efficient.

All our ovens, except LAGAN, have fan oven properties. Since the launch of our new series in 2025, we have divided them between two types: fan oven and forced air oven. The main difference between the two is that the one we refer to as a true fan oven has a heating around the fan, which makes heating slightly more efficient and makes it consume less energy.
