Where can I find the service and serial number on my appliance?
All our appliances come with a product identification label, known as a type plate. This label provides information such as the serial number, service number, model designation, and other important information.
The type plate of our dishwashers is located on the edge of the door. If you have a BOSCH dishwasher from 2018-2020, the numbers are engraved on the top edge of the door.
Our cooker hoods have their type plate placed inside the grease filters. Therefore, you need to lift these off to access the type plate.
On our hobs, the type plate is on the underside. If you have an open cabinet under the hob, you can see the sign from below on some hobs. Otherwise, you may need to lift up your hob to access and see the type plate. On FÖRDELAKTIG hob, the type plate is located on the fan part in the cabinet under the hob.
On our combined fridge/freezers, the type plate is inside the fridge section. In the refrigerators, it's located on the right or left side of the vegetable drawer. In the freezer it is located behind the bottom drawer.
On microwaves and combi ovens, the type plate is located on the edge of the door, along the oven opening or on the inside of the door.
On our ovens you will find the type plate on the edge of the door or along the oven opening.
On gas stoves, the type plate is located on the edge of the door or along the oven opening.
On our washing machines, the type plate is inside on the door.
