Can I pre-order an item so that it is shipped immediately when it is back in stock?
No, we can only order products that are currently in stock. If you receive assistance with your order, any products that are out of stock will instead be placed on a so‑called backorder list. You can track the availability of individual products on our website by entering your email address for notifications under “Availability” on the product page.

An order item means that it is not available for purchase and immediate takeaway from the store.

If the product is out of stock in the chosen store, you should be able to see a preliminary date for when it is back in stock.
