Can I pre-order an item so that it is shipped immediately when it is back in stock?
No, we can only order products that are currently in stock. If you receive assistance with your order, any products that are out of stock will instead be placed on a so‑called backorder list. You can track the availability of individual products on our website by entering your email address for notifications under “Availability” on the product page.
If a product is out of stock, it cannot be ordered, but we can notify you when it is back in stock. By selecting the desired product and clicking on the store under “Availability” on the website, you can choose to sign up for stock notifications if the product is out of stock. You then enter your email address and accept the terms and conditions to be notified when the product becomes available at the selected store or for delivery to your postcode. Please note that the product is not reserved; the notification simply indicates that it may be available to order again.
