What does it mean when it says "Order via Self Service" under the stock balance on the product page?

If it says “Order via Self-Service” under your product, it means that the item is available for pickup at our goods pickup area instead of the self-serve area in the store. Previously, you needed to contact store staff to reserve an item that was not available in our self-serve are, but that is no longer necessary! Instead, we have installed self-service stations in our stores, allowing you to easily reserve items available at the furniture pick-up point area on your own.

Find items missing from the self-serve warehouse: If an item is not available in the self-serve area, you can search for it at a self-service station and check whether it is available at our furniture pick-up point area instead.
Self-service stations are located in various places throughout the store, but a larger number can be found in the self-serve area.
Pay: Once you have selected and reserved your items at the self-service station, you will receive either a receipt or an email with a QR code. Bring this to the checkout and pay for your items as usual.
Collect your items: After payment, the items are picked by staff at the furniture pick- up point area, located near the customer service department. You can then collect your items there.
If you need help, staff are always available on site to assist you!
