Why is my order split into two different deliveries?
Our vision is that you, as a customer, should be able to order what you want. Sometimes this means that items are picked from different warehouses, resulting in multiple deliveries.
Having your order split into multiple deliveries does not mean you have to pay multiple shipping fees. So, regardless of how many deliveries your order is divided into, you only pay one shipping fee. Great, right?

If your order is delayed, it may be because we have decided to postpone your order to await complete delivery. We do this to ensure that you can assemble and use the products correctly when they are delivered to you. If there is a deviation in your order or if it is delayed, we will contact you.

I am missing one or more items in my delivery, what should I do?
If you are missing an item in your delivery, start by double-checking your order confirmation and all packages, as several items can be delivered in the same package. You can also go to "Track & manage my order" to make sure that your order has not been split into different deliveries. If the missing item is in your order confirmation but has neither been delivered to you nor is it on its way, you need to contact us so that we can help you.

Can someone else receive my delivery?
If you are unable to be at home during the delivery window, it's fine to let someone else receive it on your behalf. Just keep in mind that the person receiving the delivery must show both your and their own identification at the time of delivery.
