Can I get compensation from IKEA for a lost or stolen gift card?
Because a gift card is a monetary value, IKEA does not compensate for lost or stolen gift cards. We are also unable to block a gift card or credit vouchers.
If you have lost your gift card or credit voucher, we are unfortunately not able to block or replace the card. IKEA gift cards and credit vouchers cannot be linked to a specific person, and are therefore handled in the same way as lost or stolen cash.
