What should I do if I have not received my IKEA gift card?

All gift cards purchased online are sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to check all your inboxes, including your spam folder. If you are certain that you have not received your gift card, we recommend contacting either IKEA or GoGift customer service for assistance, depending on where you purchased the gift card.

There is a possibility that the email containing your digital gift card has been blocked by your email provider. Therefore, make sure to check your spam or blocked emails before contacting customer service.
If you are certain that you have not received your IKEA gift card, please contact IKEA Customer Service if you ordered the card from IKEA. If the purchase was made through our partner GoGift, we kindly ask you to contact their customer service.
If you are a business customer and have ordered a gift card using a business Invoice, you are welcome to contact our business department directly for further support.
