What should I do if I haven’t received my IKEA Gift card?

When you buy an IKEA gift card online, the order is processed by one of our external partners, Huuray or GoGift. If you have not received your gift card, we recommend that you reach out directly to their Customer Service team for help.

Depending on how you placed your IKEA Gift card order, here's who to contact if you have not recevied your gift card: 

  • If you chose your own amount, your order was handled by Huuray
  • If you selected a preset amount or ordered via Mobile Pay, your order went through GoGift. 

When reaching out to either Huuray or GoGift Customer Service, they will help you locating your Gift card and make sure you receive it.
