There is foam building up in my dishwasher, what is causing it?
If foam forms in your dishwasher, it is either due to dishwasher detergent or tablets being overdosed, or it is coming from hand dishwashing liquid.
A tip to get rid of the foam is to use a piece of a hard soap or 1 dl vinegar. The dishwasher should be run empty a couple of times after using vinegar.
After using vinegar, we also recommend running the dishwasher once with dishwasher cleaner or citric acid.
There are no mechanical parts in the dishwasher that can produce the foam.
